Claims and Incident Reports

1) What should I do if I receive a defective/damaged product?

We know how frustrating this can be. For your peace of mind, we want to make sure every order is perfect. All our cargo is insured.
Please e-mail help@vincentscollection.com with your order number and proof of damage. If the packaging is damaged, please include a picture of the packaging damage.

2) I received my order but are some parts missing?

We know how frustrating this can be. For your peace of mind, we want to make sure every order is perfect.
Please check the delivered products thoroughly when receiving your order. If an item is missing from your order or parts of an item in your order are missing, it may be split into multiple shipments. If you receive a defective, incorrect product or believe that an item is missing: please contact us with your order number and details of the missing part. Please submit your item for evaluation as soon as possible.

Yes, all our designs are customized to the size our customers want.

Of course, it can be made in any color you want.

After purchasing our products, we obtain your approval on all details and stages. Everything will be special for you and as you wish.

1) Can I track the balance of my order?

Of course we will send you the tracking number and the link of the tracking system.

2) Can I delay the shipping date of my order?

Yes, if you let us know the delivery date when placing the order, we will be happy to help you.
