Returns & Exchanges Policies

The designs we make are completely customized for our customers. We progress the design process together with our customers. We provide photos and videos to our customers at every stage. Once we start the process by providing photos and videos to our customers regarding the design process, it cannot be cancelled.

If there is any defect or problem with the design after it is delivered, you can return it within 30 days. If any damage occurs to the product after delivery, the insurance process is immediately activated. After the insurance case is concluded positively, a refund or a new design is sent to the customer. This depends on the process carried out with the client.



For standard products, returns can be made within 30 days. The product must be returned in its original, new and unused condition.


Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty becomes void if a product is modified or used in an unintended manner (e.g. placing an indoor product outdoors). If a product is discontinued before its 2-year warranty ends, it may not be possible to replace it.


Sometimes damage may occur during transportation. If your order is damaged please contact us.

  3. What is your complaint about the product?

We will evaluate your request in line with our policies and get back to you as soon as possible.
